I've been using Webstarts for more than ten years now. It's super user-friendly for folks like me who aren't tech-savvy at all. Aaron helps me out with everything through emails. I always get quick responses and solutions. They offer fantastic templates that you can customize. The pricing is just right for the value you receive. It recently increased, and I kinda wish I could have been locked in at the old rate since I've been a loyal customer for so long, but hey, everything seems to be going up these days. I definitely recommend them.

Since 2010, I've been running 2 websites with webstarts.com, and honestly, I've never faced any of the problems folks are mentioning here. Whenever I've had questions during my 10+ years, they've always gotten back to me in 2 business days or even quicker. I still recommend them as a solid website builder because it's super user-friendly. My only complaint? I wish there was a way to format my text boxes with HTML coding like some other platforms do.

You really gotta add an autosave option. If you refresh your page or if the internet drops, your work just disappears. That's honestly the most frustrating part of this site builder.

I messed up the transfer of my domain name from my old host SquareSpace to Webstarts. After my SquareSpace account ran out, my new site on Webstarts went offline. The tech support team at Webstarts was really understanding and took their time to go over my options. Following their advice, I found the answer on the SquareSpace help center page, where I discovered I could still transfer my domain even though my account was expired. Once I received my authorization code from SquareSpace, Webstarts got my site back up and running in no time.
